Fee includes boarding, lodging (Sharing accommodation) rafting/ski equipments (Skies, Ski boot & Ski Pole) & training charges for skiing / rafting |
Student under the age of 18 years are required to submit a certificate of date of birth as well as a bonafide student certificate from school/college along with the application form failing with he/she may be charged full fee. |
In case of students, no participants will be admitted without producing the above documents and confirmation letter issued by Snow School Auli |
Participants are requested to send the duly filled application form along with 50% of fee (Non refundable). In advanced by online payment or bank transfer. |
However, 10% from the advance deposited shall be deducted while making refund if a course is cancelled due to adequate snow availability. |
The balance 50% of the fees will have to be deposited by cash at the time of joining the course at AULI. |
Separate sharing accommodation will be provided to female participants. |
Participants are advised to report at Auli on the evening one day prior to the commencement of the course. Registration of participants & issuing of equipment shall be completed only on the 1st day of the course. |
Please bring along one recent passport size photograph for the Ski lift & chair lift. |
In case of accidental damage or loss of Ski equipment the full cost of equipment & an additional penalty shall be charged from the concerned individual on the spot. |
Participants must be physically fir for Snow Skiing Course/ Medical cetificate require. |

The purchase of any travel services offered by Snow Ski School Auli constitutes a contractual arrangement between SSSA ('First Party') and Client (hereinafter referred as 'You') ('Second Party'). Both Parties are hereinafter referred as ('Parties'). Booking of services with SSSA represents your unconditional acceptance of the terms & conditions set out herein. These terms and conditions shall be binding on you and all the travel companions booked by you.
Skiing in Himalayan region carries an inherent risk to life and property of both Parties. The weather changes in minutes causing injury and death, which is beyond SSSA control. SSSA does its best to reduce all types of risks, discomfort and hazard to the best of their ability (within financial constraints), yet there are chances of accidents, mishaps and deficiency in service. Ergo, you must agree with these terms and conditions.
Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these terms prior to confirming your booking.
Program dates
You are solely responsible for verifying the correct dates mentioned on the travel documents.
Itinerary
Your safety and enjoyment is TTH(s) prime concern. TTH therefore carries out their responsibility honestly & sincerely to ensure that your trip is trouble–free as desired.
In pursuance of this responsibility, TTH reserves the right to modify or cancel the trip or part of the trip under circumstances, including but not limiting to, Acts of God, road blockage, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delayed arrival, sickness, accidents, events beyond TTH control etc. Any extra cost arising from such circumstances shall be borne by you on the spot. Wherever possible TTH shall intimate you of such changes in advance or while on the trip.
Luggage responsibility
Baggage and personal effects are at your risk throughout the trip. You are solely responsible for your personal belongings while on-trip. Will be not responsible for the loss of baggage, goods, air tickets, passport, cash, traveller's cheques, or any other travel document or item owned by you while on tour, whatever the cause.
On-trip behaviour:
You are required to behave in a manner that is acceptable and conducive to group travel. SSSA reserves the right to terminate your trip (if you are found to be causing distress / annoyance to co-travellers, endanger / damage property of any supplier or of other travelling companions), without assigning any reason whatsoever. No refund for unused services is possible in such cases.
You also agree to abide by the authority of the group leader designated by SSSA. The decision of the tour leader is binding on all participants on matters that affect the safety or well-being of any person participating in the trip. Behaviour that causes danger, distress or annoyance to others, or interferes with the mobility of the group can result in the group leader terminating your participation from the trip, with no right to refund for missed or unused services.
Extra expenses
Inclusions for each trip are different and the accommodation, meals, arrival or departure transfers, guides, entrances fees, equipment and baggage handling, if included, are as specified with the itinerary.
Unless otherwise stated, insurance, international and domestic airfares, cost of obtaining passports and visas, airport departure taxes, excess baggage charges, gratuities to guides, drivers and camping staff, meals other than those specified in the itinerary, beverages, personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls and optional tour prices are extra.
In case of emergency
In the event, You fall ill or suffer an accident during the trip, all hospital expenses, doctor fees, repatriation expenses, evacuation from road or mountain, any other charges incurred as a direct or indirect result of Your illness / accident are Your responsibility.
